86 Snug Cap for all Sizes

"This is a knitting pattern for a snug cap in 18 sizes: it knits up quickly in a range of yarn weights to fit any individual size," says Hanson. "An optional trim of beaded I-cord 'dreads' or tassel may be added. Includes worksheet for determining hat size, gauge, and cast-on number." Indispensable for a new knitter, this is the sort of thing that inspires confidence, creativity, and questing good judgment.

Yarn requirements:

100 to 200 yards of worsted weight yarn; 125 to 250 yards of DK yarn; 80 to 150 yards of chunky weight yarn
