A wonderful combination of practical-- look at the warm little polo collars-- and the whimsically feminine (the bobbled blossoms covering the entire hat and capelet sing 'girl' out loud). The entire stitch pattern is really mostly twisted stitches and rarely requires a cable needle. Another bonus is that the bobble is a one-row affair, so you don't have to turn or Knit Back Backwards all the time. But the main thing is, the outfit's really pretty-- the sort of thing sensible fairies would wear when it's quite cold.
